i take it all back

i just looked at released essay questions from past exams. i'm totally going to pass this exam. in fact, i may get the highest score (unless someone else has flashcards like I got from a friend. my god, they are thorough, and if anyone made anything like them, that person would totally get the highest score).

these questions are so goddamn easy that my cat could writing the answers (blindfolded and with his/her left paw using a dull flesh colored crayon) and pass. i mean, i understand that the questions may look a little different and harder under the stress of testing conditions...but not that much harder, considering they are so easy.

woo hoo. i'm going to go watch tv. my earlier plan had been to not study for the essay questions and just concentrate on the MBE and get points that way, but now that I see I'm going to get 8 zillion points on the essays I know longer need to study for the MBE anymore.

we tried to tell you...this isn't like a real bar exam (or at least not like the cali one that i am dreading!). and the best part is the whole "you don't have to know the right answer to get points, just make up the rule" thing. i mean, that's what REAL lawyering's all about...spending your day pretending you know what the fuck you're doing and getting everyone else to believe it. you'll be fine.
